- Sensor readings, session timestamps, GPS coordinates, detection events, and device performance data transmitted during active sessions
- Login records and platform activity within the Sniffi web application
- Device identifiers, firmware versions, and connectivity status
Section 2 — We Do Not Sell Your Data
Nevada Grown Investments LLC does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or operational data to third parties for their commercial purposes. This is a firm and unconditional commitment. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party whose primary purpose is to use that data for marketing or commercial profiling.
Section 3 — How We Use Your Data
We use collected data exclusively for:
- Delivering, operating, and improving the Sniffi Service
- Processing and displaying your session history, detection events, and device status
- Improving detection accuracy and Smellprint library quality
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting
- Ensuring compliance with this Agreement
- Meeting legal obligations when required by law or valid legal process
Section 4 — Data Security
Nevada Grown Investments LLC implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Data transmitted between Sniffi Devices and our servers is encrypted in transit. Access to backend systems is restricted to authorized Nevada Grown personnel.
No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Section 5 — Operational Data Confidentiality
Data collected by Sniffi Devices during detection operations may include information about locations and substances detected. This operational data is treated as confidential and is accessible only to authorized users within your organization and to Nevada Grown Investments LLC personnel as necessary to provide the Service.
Section 6 — Data Retention
Session data, detection event records, and sensor readings are retained for the duration of your active service agreement and for a reasonable period thereafter to support legal compliance and service quality review. Upon termination and written request, we will delete your account data in accordance with applicable law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us through the Contact Us page. We will respond to reasonable requests within 30 days.
